4️⃣ RETURN & REFUND POLICY

5️⃣ BUYERS AGREEMENT

ENFORCEMENT

- Remove products
- Suspend or terminate vendors
- Freeze or withhold payouts
- Reverse transactions
- Permanently ban vendors
INDEMNIFICATION
Vendors agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from all claims arising from:
- Product defects
- False origin claims
- Legal violations
- Customer disputes
Vendor obligations survive termination.
